Are you stuck in a self-defeating loop? Is there a consistent inner struggle with spirituality, addiction to drugs, alcohol, gambling or sex? Perhaps you’re experiencing challenges with impulse control, anger or your relationships?
We often find ourselves so immersed within the problems we’re facing that we’re unable to escape the destructive pattern(s). Therapy has been shown to effectively treat the above conditions and may lead to a higher quality of life.
I am a client-centered therapist who believes that everyone has a unique story and deserves a unique treatment experience. I utilize a variety of interventions and strategies to fit the needs of both individuals and couples. It’s time to break the negative cycle and start the journey toward a healthier, more productive lifestyle.
I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a focus in addiction and recovery from Liberty University. I went on to obtain my Master of Education in Counseling and Human Development from Lindsey Wilson College. I spent my first years in the field working in a residential treatment setting with men battling drug addiction and currently volunteer as a mentor/coach for a sober living house.
I see clients in the Anderson office.
