Throughout life, it isn’t uncommon to find yourself stuck. Those “stuck” places can be uncomfortable, yet they can provide room for growth and healing. As a therapist, it is a privilege to come alongside you in that space, providing a partnership that ultimately helps you work towards getting “un-stuck.”
As a graduate from Xavier University, I have a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling. I work with adolescents aged 13 and older, adults, and couples. I specialize in helping teens manage anxiety related to such situations as parents’ divorce, issues at school, and uncertainty related to post-high school options. Drawing from different therapeutic methods, I use a client-centered focus to tailor therapy for each client.
I enjoy spending my time finding unique coffee shops with my husband. With two teenagers in the family as well, we enjoy playing board games, card games, and we recently started kayaking!
