Josie Hyden, Social Worker Intern
I am passionate about helping individuals prioritize their mental health and believe that everyone deserves a safe, supportive space to focus on their personal well-being. My goal is to provide a non-judgmental environment where clients can feel heard, valued, and empowered to work through the challenges they face. I have experience working with children and adults and especially enjoy supporting teenagers and young adults as they navigate life transitions, anxiety, depression, and trauma.
With personal experience in managing anxiety, depression, and trauma, I understand the importance of self-care and mental health. I am committed to helping others find their strength and build effective coping skills for life’s ups and downs.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Social Work and am a clinical intern working to complete my Master of Social Work at Northern Kentucky University. I see clients on Mondays in Anderson and am able to accept CareSource insurance and private pay for services.
